With my CDA credential and experience running a two-star quality-rated program, I bring passion and purpose to every learning environment. For me, education is heart work, not hard work, and I’m committed to nurturing the potential in every child.

What Are We Learning
Early Learning
At Bright Steps Ahead, our nature-based program for infants through pre-K fosters a love for learning through hands-on exploration and play in natural environments. Guided by an emergent curriculum, we tailor experiences to each child’s interests and developmental milestones, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity. Students will engage in activities that promote foundational skills in literacy, math, science, and social-emotional growth, seamlessly integrated with outdoor discovery. Assessment will be conducted through observation, developmental checklists, and individualized portfolios, ensuring children are supported in reaching key milestones. Our goal is to nurture confident, well-rounded learners prepared to thrive in kindergarten and beyond.
